Terms of Service

These terms cover how you can use PromptPaste - the app, shared collections, and subscriptions. By installing or using PromptPaste, you agree to them.

The service

PromptPaste is a native app for Apple devices that helps you save, organize, and paste AI prompts. It's published by Ivan Terechin, an independent developer registered as an osek murshe (authorized dealer) in Israel (the "Developer", "we", "us", "our"). Our website (getpromptpaste.com) and supporting infrastructure are operated by Toolshare.ai LLC, a Delaware limited liability company owned by the Developer. Subscriptions and purchases

PromptPaste is free to download and try. After a 7-day free trial, continued access to Pro features requires an active subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase.

PromptPaste offers weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices, including any regional differences and applicable taxes, are shown in the app and on the App Store product page before you confirm any purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

Managing your subscription. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases on macOS. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it expires.

Free trial. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown at checkout.

Refunds. All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple's Report a Problem page - we cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf.

Your content

Your prompts are yours; our code and brand are ours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create, save, or share through PromptPaste, and we don't grant you ownership of the app, its design, or the PromptPaste name. You're responsible for making sure your prompts don't violate anyone else's rights.

Age

PromptPaste is not intended for children under 13. By using PromptPaste, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or at least 16 if you are in the EEA or United Kingdom). If you're using PromptPaste on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Shared collections - acceptable use

When you share a collection via a PromptPaste link, you're publishing that content on our infrastructure until the link expires or is revoked. You agree not to use share links to distribute:

• Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against others
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized deepfakes of real people
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes minors
• Malware, phishing links, or credentials
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets
• Spam, mass-generated content, or content designed to manipulate third-party platforms

We may remove shared collections that violate these terms or the law, and may block abusive devices from creating new shares.

Copyright claims

If you believe content in a shared collection infringes your copyright, email support@getpromptpaste.com with (a) your contact information, (b) a description of the work you claim has been infringed, (c) the share URL, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rightsholder. We'll investigate and remove infringing content promptly. We may also terminate accounts or block devices associated with repeat infringement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PromptPaste available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Breaking changes will be communicated through app release notes.

App Store terms (Apple-required)

Because you downloaded PromptPaste from Apple's App Store, these additional terms apply and supplement (not replace) the rest of this document:

• These terms are between you and Ivan Terechin only, not between you and Apple. Ivan Terechin, not Apple, is solely responsible for PromptPaste.
• The license granted to you for PromptPaste is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's Media Services Terms.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to PromptPaste.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to PromptPaste. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Ivan Terechin.
• Ivan Terechin, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party have relating to PromptPaste or your use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that PromptPaste fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• If a third party claims that PromptPaste infringes their intellectual property rights, Ivan Terechin (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PromptPaste is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Developer nor Toolshare.ai LLC is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions - arising from your use of PromptPaste. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for PromptPaste in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

Termination

You can stop using PromptPaste at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules for shared collections.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (where Toolshare.ai LLC is organized), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PromptPaste will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
